It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
Fantastic breakfast with a variety of options like waffles and sausage. Convenient location with easy access to dining and shopping.
Noise from children during breakfast was overwhelming. housekeeping could improve attention to detail.

Decent variety of breakfast options including waffles, eggs, and fruit. A beautiful patio area provides a nice spot to relax and unwind after a day out.
Bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. noticeable hair and smears in multiple rooms. WiFi performance is subpar, reminiscent of dial-up speeds, which is disappointing for the price. Additionally, unexpected charges on the card caused some confusion regarding payment—communication about fees could use improvement.

the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was very hot, I almost gave a good review, but then I found hairs in the bathroom. I expect better treatment, but no one even offered me a complimentary upgrade! such disappointments woudl ve been resolved with just a tiny bit of consideration.

The room was quite large and very clean, although I did notice some hair in the bathroom which could have been addressed more thoroughly. I found it convenient to have a good dining option nearby, like the Texas Roadhouse restaurant next door. We stayed for 2 nights primarily to visit the Great Lakes Aquarium, which was just a short drive away. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety that kept us satisfied throughout our stay.

The location is perfect, with the hotel sharing a parking lot with Texas Roadhouse and being close to a variety of restaurants and the shopping mall. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit, and the breakfast offered a delightful spread including sausage gravy, eggs, and waffles, all served in a clean, well-stocked area.

Had a great time with friends! The suite was spacious and perfect for our group. We loved the breakfast options, especially the waffles. We visited the Snowflake Nordic Ski Center and enjoyed the scenery at Bayfront Festival Park, both close to the hotel. Overall, a fun stay with good amenities.
One downside was that the WiFi was really slow, which was frustrating. It felt like dial-up at times, and that impacted our ability to connect while planning our activities.

Just a proper fit for a rapid stop in Duluth with attractive and competitive value for money. The indoor pool area was nice to unwind after a long drive. Bring a fan if you're sensitive to heat in the rooms.

missingWrote a review on May 29spacious suiteclean environmentuncomfortable mattressnoise disturbancelimited breakfast variety
The suite layout was spacious and accommodating for our group of five, which made our stay comfortable. Housekeeping maintained a clean environment daily, a definite plus. The breakfast options were satisfying, including some healthy items like salads. However, the fold-out couch mattress left much to be desired, which was a letdown for additional sleeping arrangements. Additionally, noise from the hallway could occasionally disrupt the peace in the room.
